Tom's impressive 20-year project delivery record speaks volumes, echoed by positive feedback from previous clients. His extensive experience is rooted in managing and contributing to some of the UK's most iconic infrastructure projects, including Lower Thames Crossing, HS2, Hinkley Point, Thames Tideway, The A14, and the challenging London 2012 project. Tom's primary focus lies in driving Business Growth for the company, showcasing our Infraco to our clients and connecting and collaborating with prominent names in the industry.

Ling oversees and strategically manages Infraco's business, playing a pivotal role in our ongoing growth. With a key focus on financial health, financial management, governance, and planning, Ling also manages our commercial operations, ensuring continuous improvement as we expand. She has been instrumental in the continued success of numerous major projects, contributing at various stages from contract set-up to final account.

His specialisation lies in water management, and he excels in delivering successful outcomes in challenging environments.
